I had a great stay at Citypoint Hotel! The value for money was excellent and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and useful information about the area.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

My friends and I enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness and spaciousness of our rooms. The staff were also friendly and helpful. As the hotel is not along the main road, we liked the peace and quietness and yet enjoyed the convenience as it's only a 5 minutes walk to the bts station. A great find!

Since it was a very new property, everything - the room, the sheets, the towels -- was wonderfully spotless. Rooms were bright and designed simply but elegantly. The king beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are quite small, but I didn't find this an inconvenience. The shower stall has a rain shower and a handheld shower. I loved the little touches like a vase with a flower in the bathroom, plus the dispenser of fragrant liquid soap and shampoo (instead of the usual little bottles). I also liked the little garden in front of the hotel - not exactly an ideal place to chill out as the weather is hot and there's no view, but I loved the attempt and it's still a nice visual. The hotel is located on a side street, only 2 minutes' walk to Asok BTS station, less than 5 minutes' walk to Sukhumvit MRT (which was right behind the BTS). Hardly any restaurants right next to the hotel, but there are dining options within a 10-minute walk. We always took the BTS to Nana (1 station away), a great area with lots of restaurants and a nightly street market. Another tip: the money exchange between the BTS and the hotel had the best rates we saw in Bangkok. Only 2 people were allowed per room (no extra beds), so my parents and I had to get another room. The second room's mini fridge wasn't working, but this was quickly remedied when we brought it to the staff's attention. Staff were good, not all spoke English well but were adequate. The female staff, especially, were always greeting us with a smile. Hope the hotel keeps up the good service!
They only serve continental breakfast – an egg, a slice of ham, 2 slices of bacon, and 2 sausages, plus coffee and some fruit. Might be a letdown for travelers expecting more. Another heads-up for other travelers: no views.

Good point - location is very good, around 2-3 min by walk from BTS station Asoke. Hotel is very clean coz it looks quite brand new. Staffs are very kind even though their English is somewhat poor.
Bad point - breakfast is too simple and there are no chice to select dishes. It's just light bread with egg bacon and sausage with fruits.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a small alley in the center of Bangkok. It offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the stylish rooms with their frosted glass walls to the very comfy bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations. And let's not forget the breakfast, which offers a variety of options to fuel your day of exploring.
All in all, this hotel was a fantastic choice with no major flaws.

I must say this is one of my best hotel stay experience. The location is great. 2 minute walk to the BTS station- Asok. Besides, it has money exchange, massage center, banks, super market around. Moreover, the hotel staffs are really really helpful and polite and always smile. I definitely would choose City point again if I back to Bangkok.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the spacious and clean room offered by this hotel. The room was well-maintained and provided a comfortable and pleasant environment. the location of the hotel was a major advantage. It was conveniently situated near the public transportation system, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions. the hotel was close to a shopping mall, providing easy access to a variety of shopping and dining options.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I disliked. the breakfast offered at the hotel was quite simple and lacked variety.

The Citypoint is a nice modern hotel spitting distance from Asoke BTS+Bangkok mrt. Also near by is Robinson department store. The hotel staff are super friendly even by Thai standards, that coupled with the clean and comfortable rooms this hotel makes a perfect city stop over hotel.
The hotel is tucked just off the main road in a somewhat old and dirty residential/commercial square. You are reminded of this every time you walk in and out or if you happen to look out of the window and face the old buildings with laundry hanging out of the balconies. However the hotel advantages mentioned before makes up for this in drones.
